Middle East Training Leader – Technical Training

About the role

The Middle East Training Leader will design, develop and roll out the technical training strategy for Otis across the region. Working closely with field engineers, supervisors and branch teams, you will raise the technical competence of field staff to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the regional technical training strategy with business needs and corporate standards.
• Design comprehensive training programmes, learning paths and skill‑development frameworks for technicians, supervisors and field engineers.
• Create training materials, practical modules and evaluation tools.
• Lead the deployment of the annual training plan across all Middle East branches, delivering sessions and supporting local trainers.
• Monitor attendance, learning retention and post‑training performance; conduct competency audits.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted interventions, continuously updating content for new technologies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Field Service Leads, Transformation Leaders, Quality and Safety teams to integrate compliance requirements.
• Report on training KPIs and propose continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• 5–8 years of experience in technical training, field engineering or a similar role.
