About the role

The Mihraj Graduate Program offers UAE nationals a unique entry point into Hermès retail operations. Over several rotations, you will experience core retail functions, contribute to projects, and develop a deep understanding of luxury store management.

Key responsibilities

Participate in departmental rotations to gain a holistic view of store operations.
Support ongoing projects with fresh ideas and analytical insights.
Conduct research and data analysis to inform departmental objectives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Present learnings and outcomes at the end of each rotation.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with 0‑2 years of experience.
UAE national holding a valid family book.
Strong curiosity, adaptability and empathy.
Team‑player attitude and passion for continuous learning.
