About the role
The Mihraj Graduate Program offers UAE nationals a unique entry point into Hermès retail operations. Over several rotations, you will experience core retail functions, contribute to projects, and develop a deep understanding of luxury store management.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in departmental rotations to gain a holistic view of store operations.
- Support ongoing projects with fresh ideas and analytical insights.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Present learnings and outcomes at the end of each rotation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 0‑2 years of experience.
- UAE national holding a valid family book.
- Strong curiosity, adaptability and empathy.
- Team‑player attitude and passion for continuous learning.
