Minibar Attendant

About the role

Join Four Seasons Dubai DIFC as a Minibar Attendant, responsible for maintaining and replenishing in‑room minibars to deliver the brand’s signature luxury experience. You will ensure accurate guest billing, uphold inventory standards, and support seamless room service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and replenish private bar items, compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office.
• Maintain accurate par levels for beverages, snacks, and non‑food items such as menu cards, napkins, and straws.
• Clean and maintain in‑room minibars; report any damage or malfunctioning units.
• Check quality and expiration dates of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Assist with room service tray removal.
• Assist with delivery of in‑room amenities.

Required profile

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• One to two years’ experience in Food & Beverage.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of food, wines, and spirits.
• College or University degree would be an advantage.
• Ability to count and record accurately.
