Minibar Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the hospitality team at One&Only One Za'abeel, a new luxury resort in Dubai, as a Minibar Attendant. You will ensure that every in‑room Refreshment Center is stocked, tidy, and ready to delight guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and replenish minibar items in arrival, departure, and occupied guest rooms.
• Accurately record guest consumption and report it to the coordinator.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures for the minibar area.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation, health, safety, and ISO standards.
• Deliver exceptional service while upholding the resort’s quality and guest‑satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role (e.g., Minibar Attendant, Restaurant Waiter, Bar Waiter).
• Confident, reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude, able to work well under pressure.
• Good spoken English, flexible, punctual, and committed to guest service.
