MIS Executive – Automotive Aftersales

About the role
The MIS Executive supports the Aftersales department by providing system solutions, managing master data, and optimizing processes to drive revenue. The role focuses on SAP backend management and package maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist service staff across all branches, resolving system queries within 48 hours.
- Liaise with Aftersales, Finance and EIT to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Create, modify and extend DIO accessory packages for required models.
- Support campaign roll‑outs by managing package uploads and system updates.
- Upload service advisor shifts and technician schedules for appointment booking.
- Resolve WIP and special discount issues, ensuring system accuracy.
Required profile
- Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including pricing analyst or assistant roles.
- Mandatory aftersales automotive background.
Required skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with SAP IS AUTO (ERP).
- Data warehousing and data quality management.
