MIS Manager – Aftersales Reporting

About the role

As the MIS Manager for Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility, you will own the delivery of accurate management reporting and actionable insights for the Aftersales business across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute timely MIS reports and develop KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx.
• Maintain reporting repositories, reconcile data across systems, brands and branches, and support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Partner with Finance to validate targets, incentives, commissions and rebates, and ensure SAP business packages and SMCs are processed correctly.
• Lead and develop two MIS Executives while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with QMS requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, dashboard development or business analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools.
• Tableau.
• Alteryx.
• SQL or other data‑query languages.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems; SAP experience is desirable.
