Mission Operations Engineer – GCC (Kuwait Deployment)

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands‑on Mission Operations Engineer to lead the deployment, user training, and day‑to‑day operational success of its Connected Warfare products for a key defense customer in Kuwait. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will act as the primary technical bridge between Anduril and Kuwaiti national security stakeholders, spending up to half of your time on‑site in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure tactical mesh networks and sensor suites in field environments.
• Provide user training and support to end‑users, ensuring effective adoption of Connected Warfare systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot command‑and‑control (C2) software to guarantee real‑time performance.
• Manage the customer account across the GCC, coordinating with operators and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate new capabilities and resolve technical issues.
