Mobility Champion – Driver for Accessible Transport

About the role

The Mobility Champion is a frontline driver responsible for providing safe, dignified and reliable transportation across a wide range of non‑clinical services. Working in the United Arab Emirates, you will support journeys for education, tourism, medical access, community mobility and special‑needs transport, always putting the passenger’s comfort and safety first.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles with airline‑level safety discipline, using checklists and securement verification.
• Deliver human‑centred, dignity‑first service to passengers with diverse needs.
• Communicate each step of the journey clearly to reduce uncertainty and stress.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, routine checks and report any issues promptly.
• Support multiple service environments such as medical & injury mobility, neuro‑divergent transport, school transportation, airport and hotel travel, micro‑transit, and community independence trips.
• Adapt to assignment changes based on training, experience and operational demand.
