Mobilization Coordinator

About the role

Kaizen Asset Management Services is looking for a dedicated Mobilization Coordinator in Dubai to oversee and facilitate the preparation and deployment of its project teams and resources. The role ensures that logistical, regulatory and administrative steps are completed so that operations can start smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the mobilization of project teams so that personnel, materials and equipment are ready for launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed mobilization schedules and action plans, tracking progress and resolving issues quickly.
• Work with departments and stakeholders to gather the information and logistics needed for mobilization.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and project requirements, including risk assessments where needed.
• Keep team members and project leaders informed about mobilization status, challenges and solutions.
• Assist with onboarding and training of project personnel.
• Support procurement of materials and equipment within budget.
• Document mobilization processes and improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or mobilization, preferably in asset management or construction.
• Strong organization, multitasking and attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and flexibility to travel to project sites.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and safety standards in asset management or construction is a plus.
