Modern Workplace Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, endpoint management, and security. The role focuses on creating secure, scalable environments that boost productivity and digital employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end Modern Workplace architectures covering collaboration, identity, security and Digital Employee Experience.
• Define target‑state architectures, transformation roadmaps, reference architectures and technical standards.
• Lead solution design for Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange Online/Server, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Architect endpoint‑management solutions for Windows 11, Red Hat Linux and dual‑boot Windows/Linux environments using Ivanti UEM, Group Policy and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ensure architectures align with Zero Trust, identity‑access management, data protection and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, workplace transformation or technical leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Proven ability to work with technical, security, infrastructure teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
