Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead to engage with C‑suite executives, understand workplace transformation challenges and shape business‑led managed services solutions. The role requires a broad end‑to‑end Modern Workplace portfolio knowledge and strong consulting capabilities to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders to understand workplace strategy, priorities, employee experience challenges and transformation objectives.
• Lead solutioning and consulting engagements, converting business challenges into outcome‑driven managed services proposals.
• Develop end‑to‑end Modern Workplace strategies covering technology, service delivery, operating models, governance, commercial models and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate expertise across Service Desk, Digital Employee Experience, Device Management, Device as a Service, Workplace Security, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Asset Management, Automation, AI‑enabled solutions and ServiceNow integration.
• Shape solutions around business outcomes such as productivity, cost optimisation, operational resilience, security and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, account, delivery, architecture and commercial teams to create differentiated propositions and win strategic opportunities.
• Support pipeline development by identifying transformation opportunities and contributing to workshops, discovery sessions and executive presentations.
• Define governance, service management, SLA/XLA, KPI and reporting frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Contribute to commercial model design including outcome‑based, consumption‑based and managed services offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or solution architecture for modern workplace transformations.
• Ability to engage confidently with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs and other senior executives.
• Strong business acumen and capability to translate technology into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in managed services or professional services environments.
