MOH/SHA Licensed Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy

About the role

We are seeking a qualified, customer‑focused MOH/SHA Licensed Pharmacist to join PharmC’s growing network of community pharmacies in Sharjah. The role is open to both experienced pharmacists and recent graduates who are eager to deliver safe, compliant medication services and exceptional patient care in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, sales support, and stock control.
• Provide accurate medication counseling and healthcare advice to customers.
• Ensure compliance with MOH/SHA regulations and Good Pharmacy Practice standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain proper documentation and regulatory records.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and build long‑term patient relationships.
• Support store performance targets while upholding ethical pharmacy practices.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy and management team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D).
• Valid MOH/SHA license or eligibility letter.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional attitude with high ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail pharmacy environment.
