Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is hiring a Mortgage Advisor in Dubai. The role sits alongside an experienced team of mortgage brokers with an average of 10+ years' industry experience and is described as entry-level, offering a chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Mortgage Advisors give unbiased advice to customers seeking home financing for purchase and refinancing, after completing an extensive training programme covering mortgage products, real estate transaction flows and operational systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer experience to online leads by answering their inquiries promptly
• Advise clients on the right mortgage product for home buying or refinancing
• Collaborate with the Property Finder sales and business development team to build a portfolio of real estate referral channel partners
• Support clients through the loan process from application to closing
• Prospect for new business by using the company's client database

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in a direct-to-consumer role
• General understanding of the real estate and financial services industry in the UAE
• Multilingual candidates are preferred
