About the role

Prime Rate Hub is a mortgage brokerage that helps homeowners and buyers secure prime mortgage rates and tailored financing, focusing on residential mortgages and refinancing. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The advisor guides clients through the mortgage process, from initial consultation and affordability assessment to product recommendation, application and completion.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients, analyse their financial information and explain mortgage products and terms
• Prepare documentation and liaise with lenders to secure suitable offers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending criteria, local market conditions and regulatory requirements
• Support clients with refinancing and long-term financial planning
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Contribute to business growth through responsible mortgage marketing and relationship building

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of mortgages and core finance principles, with the ability to assess affordability and risk
• Skills in financial planning to help clients structure borrowing in line with long-term goals
• Experience in mortgage marketing, including ethical promotion and building client pipelines
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent mortgage advisory certification, or a clear path and commitment to obtain it
• Proven experience in mortgage advisory, banking or financial services, preferably in the UAE market
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work on-site, manage several cases at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• High accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
• Comfort working with data and reports
