About the role
The Mortgage Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Abu Dhabi, where you will advise clients on mortgage options, assess their financial information and recommend suitable lending products.
Key responsibilities
- Meet prospective home buyers, explain mortgage terms and guide them through the application process.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications, coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to local regulations and company policies, and provide ongoing support throughout the financing journey.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and experience in mortgage lending.
- Solid foundation in finance, including income assessment, credit analysis and affordability calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑facing, on‑site focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
