MSP Sales & Go-to-Market Lead – MEA-TRC East

About the role

The MSP Sales & Go-to-Market Lead – MEA-TRC East is an individual contributor responsible for accelerating and scaling Splunk’s business with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional MSP sales and go-to-market plan aligned with EMEA strategy.
• Support Partner Development Managers and Partner Sales Managers in defining MSP growth plans, revenue ambitions, and joint go-to-market activities.
• Drive MSP-related sales activities, create pipeline, generate new logos, and support recurring‑revenue growth.
• Lead regional adoption and execution of the Splunk MSP Program, advising on commercial models, pricing, and licensing.
• Build trusted relationships with MSP stakeholders across sales, technical, service‑development, operations, and marketing teams.
• Support commercial negotiations and develop scalable, commercially viable agreements with MSP and MSSP partners.

Required profile

• Extensive experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, service providers, cloud providers, or technology partners.
• Proven success in sales, business development, partner development, or go‑to‑market roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex pricing, contracting, and negotiation.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct ownership.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or another regional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of MSP and MSSP business models, recurring‑revenue and consumption‑based pricing.
• Knowledge of security, observability, infrastructure monitoring, cloud, or digital‑resilience markets.
