MT5 Administrator

About the role

Roseva FX is seeking an experienced MT5 Administrator to join its growing team in Dubai. The role covers the administration, configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the MetaTrader 5 trading platform, keeping it stable, secure and reliable while supporting daily brokerage operations. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer and maintain MT5 servers, trading applications, plug-ins and related infrastructure
• Manage platform configurations, trading instruments, symbol settings, trading groups and system parameters
• Monitor performance, stability, connectivity and availability; perform upgrades, scheduled maintenance, performance testing and troubleshooting
• Ensure accurate configuration and availability of market data and price feeds
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, provide support to internal departments and keep technical documentation up to date
• Support system security, backups and business continuity
• Coordinate with liquidity providers on connectivity, pricing feeds and technical integration, and monitor trading activity and volume reconciliation
• Assist in resolving trade execution issues, pricing discrepancies and platform incidents
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and technical reports and update senior management

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in MT5 administration or a similar trading platform role
• Previous hands-on MT5 administration in a Forex/CFD brokerage is strictly mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Strong English, written and spoken

Required skills

• MetaTrader 5 server administration, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Management of trading instruments, symbols, groups and pricing feeds
• Familiarity with liquidity provider connectivity and brokerage operations
• Advantageous: experience with other margin trading platforms, databases, cloud technologies, Microsoft Office, technical reporting tools, accounting software and financial reporting systems
