About the role
The Multi Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure will support sales and marketing activities across multiple properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary gifts.
- Process reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards redemptions.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, emailing, and typing.
- Assist management in training and motivating employees and uphold company policies and confidentiality.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
