Multi Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure

About the role

The Multi Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure will support sales and marketing activities across multiple properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary gifts.
• Process reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards redemptions.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, emailing, and typing.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees and uphold company policies and confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
