Multi-Property Marketing Executive

About the role

The Multi-Property Marketing Executive will support integrated marketing campaigns for rooms, food & beverage, wellness and lifestyle initiatives across JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. The role combines digital marketing, social media management, and brand‑aligned content creation to drive direct bookings and enhance guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets and approvals with internal stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities, including content scheduling, social media coordination and community engagement.
• Update hotel websites, landing pages and third‑party digital listings to ensure accurate, conversion‑focused messaging.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering campaigns, website traffic, social media metrics, email marketing and ROI.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, briefing photographers, videographers and stylists to ensure brand‑consistent content.
• Support media and influencer collaborations, handling invitations, logistics and follow‑up communications.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with F&B, wellness and brand teams.

Required skills

• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in website and digital platform updates (CMS basics).
• Basic knowledge of email marketing and digital analytics reporting.
