Multi Property Purchasing Manager

About the role

The Multi Property Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities across multiple hotel properties, ensuring compliance with brand standards, cost control, and inventory management. This role works closely with the Executive Chef and operations teams to support food and beverage procurement and overall profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an approved vendor list for all categories and manage vendor relationships.
• Order food and beverage items based on business needs, enforce FIFO inventory rotation, and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Verify invoices against shipments, maintain accurate inventory controls, and perform period‑end inventory and cost calculations.
• Generate timely reports and presentations on purchasing performance, budget adherence, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with kitchen, restaurant management, and vendors to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve price or availability issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or minimum 2 years of purchasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles applied to purchasing operations.
• Ability to analyze data, compile reports, and ensure compliance with laws and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with chefs, staff, and suppliers.
