Multilingual Telesales Specialist

About the role

TechNest Support Center is expanding its Financial Services team in Dubai and seeks experienced multilingual Telesales Specialists. The role focuses on outbound sales, customer retention, and forex‑related support for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in the assigned language.
• Promote financial products and services, including forex solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high retention rates.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records after each interaction.
• Collaborate with the wider support team to meet sales targets and service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, French, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, or Swiss German.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience in telesales, call‑center environments, or customer retention.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven attitude.
