Multimedia Creative Supervisor

About the role

The Multimedia Creative Supervisor will lead the end‑to‑end production of visual content for both domestic and international markets, supporting overseas exhibitions, brand promotion and multilingual material development. Based in Dubai, the role reports to the General Manager/Project Manager of the multimedia company and works closely with the Multimedia Creative Director.

Key responsibilities

• Define creative direction and manage full‑cycle delivery of overseas promotional projects, from concept to final design.
• Develop graphic assets for exhibitions (booth posters, invitations, brochures) and routine brand promotional materials.
• Edit, package and deliver multilingual corporate and industrial promotional videos, including short‑form content.
• Provide on‑location shooting support, capturing photography and video footage for events and managing media assets.
• Research and adopt cutting‑edge AI design and video tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Media, Design, Visual Communication, Film & Television Production or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing; project coordination experience is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating mature graphic and video work.
• Fluent English; Chinese nationals with overseas study or work experience are also welcome.
• Detail‑oriented, highly accountable and able to manage multiple projects under tight schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut and After Effects.
• Basic photography and videography capabilities for independent shooting tasks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image generation, AI video creation and AI layout design tools.
