Multimedia Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual experiences across digital, social, video, and print channels. You will work closely with creative, content, and brand teams to shape how our brand looks, moves, and sounds in every market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging visual content for digital, social, print, and video platforms.
• Create polished multimedia assets such as graphics, motion designs, animations, short‑form videos, EDMs, presentations, and event collateral from concept to final production.
• Apply strong typography, composition, colour, and spatial decisions while defending design choices when needed.
• Work fluently across modern design and motion tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, Cinema 4D, Blender, and others as required.
• Uphold brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Integrate AI‑powered design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Descript) to boost speed, quality, and originality.
• Edit and produce short‑form video content for social, podcasts, corporate films, and event highlights using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Descript.
• Maintain organized file management, version control, and contribute to the central brand asset library using Notion, Frame.io, or Dropbox.
• Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions that meet strategic objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with external production vendors for print, motion, photography, or fabrication when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on multimedia design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Sharp visual eye, high craft standards, and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Experience with CapCut, Figma, Framer, Spline, Rive, Cinema 4D, Blender.
• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript.
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo.AI, etc.
• File management and collaboration tools: Notion, Frame.io, Dropbox.
