Multimedia Designer

About the role

Rookie Ninja Distribution is seeking a creative and hands‑on Multimedia Designer to join its remote team. The role focuses on producing digital designs, video content and multimedia marketing assets for audiences across the UAE, Africa and India. The designer will collaborate with teams in the UAE and India to create visual content for websites, social media and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design website banners, landing‑page graphics, product visuals, social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives.
• Edit photos and videos for reels, promotional videos and product‑focused content.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, sound effects and other video elements as needed.
• Write basic English copy, captions, hooks, headlines and calls‑to‑action.
• Collaborate remotely with the India team to execute creative briefs and maintain brand consistency.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas and stay up‑to‑date with current design and social‑media trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia or video content creation.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Reliable laptop or computer, high‑speed internet and a distraction‑free home workspace.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage workloads independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
