Museum Sales Unit Head

About the role

The Museum Sales Unit Head leads sales activities to maximise visitor satisfaction and revenue, shaping deal structures with external service providers and managing B2B relationships across hotels, cruises, DMCs, MICE and OTAs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B pricing, promotional strategies and discount brackets in alignment with other institutions.
• Design and manage the B2B sales concept, handling the sales process directly with DMCs, hotels, MICE, OTAs and cruise partners.
• Contribute to sales management SOPs and coordinate with centralized sales teams across museums.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital and technology teams to maintain and update the museum’s online shop, product ranges and promotions.
• Secure partnerships and agreements, and advertise sales promotions across online and offline platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in high‑service environments such as museums, cultural institutions, airports, luxury shopping or large leisure attractions.
• Proven experience developing sales strategies and managing third‑party contractors.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, customer expectations and fluency in Arabic and English.
• Degree‑level education in marketing, business or a related field is preferred.
