Nanny / Babysitter for Newborn Baby

About the role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for a kind, reliable and experienced nanny to care for its family's newborn baby. The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai, with a stated pay of 3,500-5,000 AED per month.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and loving care for the newborn: change diapers, feed, burp and soothe the baby, monitor sleep patterns and keep the nursery and play area clean and tidy.
• Handle the baby's laundry and keep it clean and hygienic.
• Depending on age and needs: prepare meals and snacks for the baby and older children, assist with bath time and hygiene routines, and transport children to and from activities, appointments or school.
• Optional, depending on experience and agreement: plan age-appropriate activities for older children, help with homework, run errands such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning, and light housekeeping such as cleaning toys, dishes and surfaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience caring for children, preferably newborns.
• Strong understanding of child development and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Flexible, reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
