VIP Housekeeper - Private Household Assistant

About the role

A client of Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for a highly professional and educated VIP housemaid to support a private luxury household in Dubai. The role suits a polished, hands-on person with strong household management skills who can also help with childcare and light educational support for children. It is a live-out position, so accommodation with the family is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation across the private residence.
• Manage daily housekeeping duties to luxury household standards.
• Support childcare for three children in coordination with the family.
• Assist with light tutoring, homework supervision and educational activities where required.
• Handle laundry, wardrobe organisation and household presentation with attention to detail.
• Coordinate household supplies and keep inventory organised.
• Provide day-to-day household assistance in a professional and discreet manner, while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in VIP, executive or luxury private households.
• Educated and well-presented, with strong communication skills.
• Professional attitude, high attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a structured household.
• Positive, trustworthy and service-oriented personality.
• Experience supporting children and basic tutoring is preferred; experience in private family environments in the UAE is an advantage.
