National Medical Visit Manager UAE

About the role

As the National Medical Visit Manager for L'Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty Division in the United Arab Emirates, you will lead the medical detailing strategy across the country. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will oversee Regional Medical Visit Managers and their field teams to grow brand prescriptions and reputation among healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sector action plan based on market dynamics, competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
• Define target coverage, visit frequency and performance criteria to increase brand prescriptions.
• Lead, coach and evaluate Regional Medical Visit Managers and their medical representative teams.
• Ensure the field team is equipped with digital tools and competencies for effective engagement with HCPs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, health establishments and medical associations.
• Manage the sector budget, oversee CRM/CLM reporting and guarantee compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales leadership, preferably managing managers.
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to analyse market data and drive commercial results.
• Excellent people‑development skills and a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated capability to establish influential relationships with medical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and CLM tools for data analysis and reporting.
