About the role

The Emirates Group Aviation Management Scholarship Programme is designed for ambitious UAE Nationals to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management at Emirates Aviation University, with full sponsorship and a clear career pathway within the Emirates Group.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a full undergraduate degree in Aviation Management with academic sponsorship.
• Participate in internships, project work and networking opportunities to gain practical business exposure.
• After graduation, join the Emirates Group through a structured development pathway, potentially including international assignments.

Required profile

• UAE National, aged 17‑22.
• High school graduate with at least 85% average.
• IELTS Academic 6.0 or TOEFL ITP 510.
• Completed National Service or hold an exemption.
• Willingness to relocate internationally after graduation.
