Network Administrator – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing, securing, and optimizing both cloud (Azure, Oracle Cloud) and on‑premises network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure, Oracle Cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage Cisco and Aruba routers, Layer 2 & Layer 3 switches, VPNs, VLANs, and dynamic routing protocols.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure, backups, and security services.
• Troubleshoot network, cloud, and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement patch management, compliance controls, and security best practices.
• Monitor systems using tools such as SolarWinds and maintain service availability targets.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve connectivity and service issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technology‑related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in network and cloud administration.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNP, Azure, OCI or similar are highly desirable.
