New Product Development Coordinator

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the fast‑paced execution of new product launches. Based in the NPD department, you will act as the central hub for timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities for product launches across assigned categories, ensuring accurate tracking of timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain and update project timelines in Asana, keeping tasks, milestones, and dependencies current.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to collect updates and ensure actions are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate project phases (Exploration, Development, Execution) following Huda Beauty’s standardized NPD processes.
• Organise internal meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Monitor project progress, flag delays or risks, and propose solutions to the Line Manager.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Purchasing, Regulatory, Finance, Design, Marketing, S&OP, Logistics, and Regional Markets.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working with diverse teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana or similar project‑management software.
