About the role
Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful Night Manager to lead the team and provide outstanding guest services during overnight hours.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all departments during night hours, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor property security, manage emergency situations, and handle guest escalations.
- Prepare nightly reports and handover notes for day staff.
- Support overnight staff, greet VIP guests, and oversee front office functions including check‑in/check‑out processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a Night Manager or Front Office supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, night auditing, guest relations, and hotel procedures.
Required skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
