Nokia Riggers / Technicians – Immediate Hire in UAE

About the role

We are seeking experienced Nokia Riggers and Technicians to join an offshore deployment (OD) project in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves hands‑on installation, integration, commissioning and troubleshooting of Nokia mobile network, wireless and microwave equipment on telecom sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission antenna, feeder, Remote Radio Units (RRU) and microwave equipment on telecom towers.
• Provide integration support and troubleshoot Nokia mobile network, wireless and microwave systems.
• Ensure site acceptance, adhere to quality standards and follow health, safety and environment (HSE) procedures.
• Perform work at heights and on offshore sites as required.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience on Nokia Mobile Network (MN), Wireless (WL) and Microwave (MW) projects.
• Hands‑on experience with installation, integration, commissioning and troubleshooting of Nokia telecom equipment.
• Physically fit to work at heights on telecom towers.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
