About the role
We are seeking a Non‑Motor Insurance Underwriter to join a leading general insurance company in Dubai. The role focuses on underwriting and managing non‑motor insurance lines, ensuring risk is accurately assessed and policies are compliant with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage treaty and compliance processes for non‑motor insurance products.
- Quote and evaluate risks, preparing accurate underwriting proposals.
- Review applications and policy documents to ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain technical knowledge across all non‑motor product lines and support product development initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in non‑motor insurance underwriting.
- Strong understanding of treaty management, compliance and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of underwriting cases.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in insurance or risk management.
