Nujoom Al Ghad Academy - 12-Month Emirati Graduate Rotational Programme

About the role

Nujoom Al Ghad Academy is a 12-month graduate rotational programme for UAE nationals, designed to build the next generation of Emirati talent within Lilly's Gulf Affiliate. It is not a placement in a single role but a structured journey across several functions, giving graduates broad exposure to how a global pharmaceutical company operates while building the skills to grow into a permanent career. The start date is 1 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple functions, including Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs
• Work hands-on across core commercial, medical and enterprise functions
• Receive structured onboarding at the start of every rotation
• Be supported by a dedicated mentor and peer coach throughout the programme
• Receive regular feedback to understand strengths and build confidence

Required profile

• UAE national graduate from 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field
• Strong communication skills, curiosity and a genuine interest in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
• Comfortable working across diverse, cross-functional teams
