Nursery Teacher – Early Years Educator

About the role

Jumeirah International Nurseries is seeking enthusiastic Nursery Teachers to join its award‑winning network of early childhood centres across Dubai and Sharjah. Starting in August 2026, you will deliver a high‑quality British Early Years curriculum to children from 45 days up to 6 years, fostering curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate age‑appropriate lesson plans for FS1, FS2 and Year 1 groups.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess and record children’s development, sharing insights with parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain consistent standards across the centre.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and ISO certification requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified early years teacher with relevant certification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children aged 0‑6 years, preferably within a British curriculum framework.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
