Occupational Therapist

About the role

Mediclinic Al Madar in Abu Dhabi is recruiting one Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to adult and paediatric patients, working with the multidisciplinary team according to company standards and regulatory requirements. The position covers injury management and rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional occupational therapy services to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Carry out activities of daily living (ADL), workplace, ergonomic, risk and functional assessments
• Educate patients, caregivers and family members on occupational health and safety
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment
• Provide general administrative support for reports and other functions needed for department operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• An MSc in Occupational Therapy is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist after qualification
