About the role

Homes 4 Life Real Estate Broker LLC is seeking motivated Off‑Plan Real Estate Agents to join its Dubai team. You will work with top developers, receive a steady flow of qualified leads, and focus on selling exclusive off‑plan projects.

Key responsibilities

• Present and market off‑plan properties to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilise company‑provided marketing tools and platforms to generate leads.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and developer offerings.
• Collaborate with the mentorship and training program to improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in off‑plan real‑estate sales.
• UAE residency (any nationality) and eligibility for a residency‑visa sponsorship.
• Motivated, ambitious and results‑driven.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑only basis.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of closing off‑plan deals.
• Ability to present project concepts clearly to clients.
• Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Property Monitor and Genie Map platforms.
