Off Plan Sales Manager

About the role

The Off Plan Sales Manager will lead a team of Property Consultants to drive revenue across Richmond Properties' off‑plan portfolio in the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will execute the off‑plan sales strategy, nurture developer relationships and ensure the team consistently exceeds targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the off‑plan sales strategy to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline, monitor deal progression and optimise conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, project partners and marketing teams.
• Analyse market trends, new project launches and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard and coach Off Plan Property Consultants, setting clear KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, developer requirements and internal policies.
• Support sales forecasting, reporting and operational planning for the off‑plan team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai off‑plan real‑estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai off‑plan market and developer landscape.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven, highly organised and results‑oriented.
