About the role
We are seeking an organised and reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Arjan office. The role involves handling client communications, managing bookings and schedules, and coordinating with cleaning teams across Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages and emails.
- Assist with client enquiries and bookings.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and basic documents.
- Update schedules and job details.
- Coordinate with supervisors and cleaning teams.
- Maintain office records and client information.
- Follow up with clients as required.
- Update client and job details in Jobber.
- Assist with invoices, payment records and basic admin in Zoho Books.
Required profile
- Good spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with Dubai areas and locations.
- Organised and able to follow instructions.
- Professional demeanor when dealing with clients.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Experience in cleaning, maintenance or service companies is an advantage.

What we offer
- Full‑time position with a salary of AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month.
