Office Boy

About the role

Safad is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Boy in Abu Dhabi. The role covers keeping the office clean and hygienic, serving drinks to staff and guests, and giving day-to-day administrative support so that office operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness and hygiene across workstations, meeting rooms, reception and pantry facilities.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee, water, juices) to staff, executives and guests.
• Manage pantry supplies, track food and beverage stock and prepare requests for weekly or monthly grocery replenishment.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with conferences, client visits and company events, including catering arrangements.
• Help with basic admin tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, sorting and delivering mail and documents.
• Handle internal and external errands, such as delivering documents between departments or to business partners.
• Keep pantry appliances, kitchen utensils and coffee machines clean and safe, and maintain pantry logs and maintenance request records.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as an Office Boy, Office Cleaner or Hospitality Assistant in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record in reputable companies or commercial offices.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal, time-management and organisational skills, with a polite and helpful manner.

Required skills

• Knowledge of office hygiene protocols, food safety standards and basic customer service etiquette.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for taking drink orders, handling delivery receipts and monitoring stock.
