About the role
We are seeking a proactive Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support our CEO on a part‑time basis (two days per week). The role combines high‑level administrative assistance with day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective execution of executive priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support: manage complex calendars, arrange meetings and travel, prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials.
- Act as primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee daily office operations: facilities management, vendor coordination, contract administration and compliance with office policies.
- Support HR functions: onboarding, documentation, employee coordination and assist with performance cycles and internal communications.
- Track office budgets, expenses and approvals; support invoicing, payments and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for administrative and financial activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and reliability when handling sensitive information.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and managing complex, fast‑paced environments.
