About the role
We are seeking an Operations Executive to support our premium automotive and VIP mobility business across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role will work closely with senior management, clients and partners to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with clients and partners.
- Ensure timely follow‑ups, updates and coordination of tasks.
- Track ongoing projects, deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate between stakeholders in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Draft professional emails, proposals and basic reports.
- Organise and maintain documents, contracts and records.
- Support invoicing, quotations and other administrative tasks.
- Conduct basic research and assist with business‑development activities.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings and scheduling.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action points.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration or coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Early‑career professional who is reliable and takes ownership of tasks.
- Positive work ethic and comfortable working directly with senior management.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Competitive salary of 7,000 AED per month plus benefits.
