About the role

The Officer, Credit Operations supports the Retail Lending team by managing mortgage registrations, settlements and releases through government and regulatory platforms. The role ensures smooth execution of customer requests while complying with bank and regulatory requirements, contributing to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end mortgage registration, settlement and release processes via official platforms.
Support MIS reporting, risk and control monitoring, and audit requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to boost efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational risk mitigation.
