Officer, Marketing & Communication (Emirati Talent - Male)

About the role

NRL, part of the M42 healthcare group, is looking for a proactive and creative Officer, Marketing and Communications to support the planning and execution of marketing, branding and communication initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging campaigns, coordinate events, manage communication activities and help strengthen the organisation's brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing and communication strategies, campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including social media, public relations and corporate communications.
• Assist in planning and managing events, sponsorships and employee engagement activities.
• Develop, proofread and coordinate marketing content and communication materials in English.
• Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
• Support market research and benchmarking, and prepare reports measuring campaign performance and outcomes.
• Liaise with external agencies, media partners and vendors to support marketing activities.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with organisational standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, branding and communication principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
