Offplan Real Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Offplan Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing sales and rentals, and guiding clients through the entire property transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder.
• Create and update property listings, arrange photography/video, and promote properties online.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information to clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close sales or rental agreements.
• Prepare documentation, including MoUs, ensuring compliance with DLD and RERA regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai’s market trends, prices and new projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by following up leads and managing client relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Previous sales or real‑estate experience preferred.
