Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

Lead and motivate a secondary market sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, driving sales of ready residential and commercial properties across Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies to acquire exclusive property listings and generate resale opportunities.
• Manage client negotiations, property viewings, offers and ensure successful transaction closures, including RERA documentation and DLD transfers.
• Recruit, train and mentor agents specialized in Dubai's secondary property market.
• Monitor sales pipelines, CRM updates, lead conversions and agent performance.
• Provide regular sales reports, market insights and performance updates to management.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market with team management experience.
• Proven track record of closing resale property transactions and strong network of owners, buyers and brokers.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and client relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and RERA broker card preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using real estate portals such as Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle.
