About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide daily maintenance, after‑sales service and technical support for aerial work platform machinery and forklifts. The role involves ensuring equipment reliability, performing inspections, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and after‑sales service on aerial work platforms and forklifts.
• Provide technical support to agents and collaborate with the China Representative Engineer/Sales team.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, rectify faulty vehicles and collect relevant information.
• Inspect, service and maintain incoming vehicles and conduct regular customer visits.
• Manage accessory inventory, achieve sales targets for accessories and ensure timely guarantee fulfillment.
• Prepare and submit service reports promptly while adhering to safety regulations and EHS standards.

Required profile

• Experience in maintenance of aerial work platform machinery and forklifts.
• Ability to analyse technical problems, evaluate and diagnose effectively.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality standards and housekeeping.
• Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
